The 2005 Miss Central Pennsylvania Scholarship Pageant, "On Broadway," was held on November 13, 2004 at the Lewistown Area High School. The winners were Miss Central Pennsylvania Shannon Doyle and Miss Greater Juniata Valley Mary Kaye Jacono.
