The 2009 Miss Central Pennsylvania Scholarship Pageant, "Dreamgirls," was held on Sunday, November 9, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lewistown Area High School in Lewistown. Four titles, Miss Central Pennsylvania, Miss Greater Juniata Valley, Miss Central Pennsylvania Outstanding Teen and Miss Greater Juniata Valley were awarded.
