A ‘Wicked’ winner: Miss Central Pennsylvania
Scholarship Pageant set for Saturday

LEWISTOWN — The 2007 Miss Central
Pennsylvania Scholarship Pageant, "Wicked," will be held 7
p.m. Saturday at the Lewistown Area High School auditorium on
Manor Drive in Lewistown.
Two of the competitors are
local girls, Jade Gross, of Lewistown, and Sheena Young, of
Beaver Springs. They will face off against a field of 18 other
young women vying for the two crowns, Miss Central
Pennsylvania and Miss Greater Juniata Valley.
Tickets
will be on sale at the door the night of the pageant beginning
at 6 p.m. WMRF radio personality Rocco Pallotto will again
appear as the pageant emcee, and local singer/song writer
Chris Ruble will perform during the competition.
The
current Miss Central Pennsylvania, Brittny Sparrow, Miss
Greater Juniata Valley, Mallory Keith and Miss Central
Pennsylvania Outstanding Teen, Calsie Boyd, will also be at
the pageant.
Two winners, Miss Central
Pennsylvania and Miss Greater Juniata Valley, will be crowned
following the competition. Those women will compete in the
Miss Pennsylvania Scholarship Pageant, in Nazareth, from June
19 to 23.
